- Lawyer at Women's Rights. Protection Center, Frie of Women Foundation (FOW) after which progressing to become Head of the center and Foundation Coordinator, giving advice and providing legal and to abused women and girls, 1984-1990

- Founder and Coordinator Friend of Thai Women Workers in Asia (FOWIA), providing assistance to Thai women working and facing problems in Japan, Taiwan andHongkong, 1991-1996

- Ashoka Fellow, fellowships for social entrepreneurs all around the world who are innovator for the public given by a US-based Foundation, 1994-1996

- Founder and Coordinator, women and Constitution Network (WCN). Coordinating 48 women's organisations all over Thailand to campaign for people's participation in the process to draft the Thai Constitution and advocate gender equality provisions in the draft Constitution (1996-1997), and providing advice on using the 1997 Thai Constitution to protect human rights, especially women's rights (1998-2000)

- Member of the Public Opinion Gathering and Public Hearing Committee for Ayutthaya Province, the Constitution Drafting Assembly, 1997

- Presenter, two radio programmes "Law and Women" arid "Voices of Women Labour" in F M 99.5. "Women's Wave, Women 's Power", 1999
